Stefano Rebattoni è Amministratore Delegato di IBM Italia, posizione assunta dal gennaio 2021.
In precedenza, Rebattoni è stato responsabile delle attività commerciali per tutte le industrie del mercato italiano e per i clienti Enterprise. È stato anche Direttore Generale della divisione Global Technology Services (GTS) di IBM Italia dal gennaio 2016. Nel 2015 è stato nominato nel ruolo di Client Unit Director di GTS, con responsabilità per i clienti italiani appartenenti al segmento Enterprise.
Nel corso della sua carriera in GTS, ha ricoperto il ruolo di ITS Sales Director. Nel 2010, dopo aver lavorato come Executive Assistant del Country General Manager di IBM Italia, ha ricoperto la crescente responsabilità all'interno dell'Organizzazione del Settore Pubblico di IBM Italia). Dopo la laurea in Ingegneria gestionale presso il Politecnico di Milano, ha poi completato il Master in Business Administration (MBA) presso la Warwick Business School.
È stato membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione di VT-S, joint venture tra Unicredit e IBM per la fornitura di servizi informatici, membro del consiglio di amministrazione di IN.TE.SA, società del gruppo IBM che offre soluzioni per la trasformazione digitale, e anche CEO del Client Innovation Center di IBM Italia (Service Delivery Company di proprietà di IBM).
Siede nel Consiglio Generale di Assolombarda, nel board dell'American Chamber of Commerce in Italy ed è membro del Consiglio direttivo della Fondazione IBM Italia. Inoltre, è membro del Consiglio di Presidenza di Confindustria Digitale e Presidente del 30% Club, l'iniziativa no profit che mira a raggiungere almeno il 30% di partecipazione femminile nella leadership.

Stefano Rebattoni has been General Manager of IBM Italy since January 2021.
Previously, he was responsible for commercial activities for all industries in the Italian market and for Enterprise clients. He also served as General Manager of IBM Italy's Global Technology Services (GTS) division since January 2016. In 2015, he was appointed to the role of Client Unit Director at GTS, with responsibility for Italian clients belonging to the Enterprise segment.
During his career in GTS, he held the role of ITS Sales Director. In 2010, after working as Executive Assistant to the Country General Manager of IBM Italy, he held the increasing responsibility within the Public Sector Organization of IBM Italy).
After graduating in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, he pursued a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Warwick Business School.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of VT-S, a joint venture between Unicredit and IBM for the provision of IT services, a member of the Board of Directors of IN.TE.SA, an IBM group company offering solutions for digital transformation, and also CEO of the Client Innovation Center of IBM Italia (Service Delivery Company owned by IBM).
He's a member of the General Council of Assolombarda as well as of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy. Moreover, he's member of the Board of Directors of the IBM Italia Foundation. In addition, he is a member of Confindustria Digitale President's Council and President of 30% Club, the not-for-profit initiative aimed at reaching at least a 30% participation of women in leadership.
